Through 1:1 coaching, semi-private training, and postnatal group classes, we will build your strength, energy, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.
What You’ll Do Before the Call
Complete my quick screening form. It helps me understand your background, your health history (including anything postnatal), and what you want to feel and achieve. That way we start from a place that is safe and personal to you.
What Happens During the Call
We will talk through your goals, your history, and whatever has felt hard so far. This is your time to share your story. Together we will map out a realistic plan that fits your life, with no extremes and no pressure.

Once we are clear on what you want, I will walk you through how I work with clients, including 1:1 coaching, semi-private training, postnatal group classes, and pricing. Then you can decide what feels right for you.

Doing the BASE program with Coach JD has been amazing. The customized workout program fits my busy schedule, and the app helps me stay on track with calories and protein visually. JD is always there to answer questions and provide assistance. The Before/After feature for progress pics is a highlight, showcasing the incredible changes in my body. Starting at a size 12-14, I'm now a comfortable size 8 in the 50s weight range. I feel fitter, look better, and have more energy as a mother!


Since joining JD's BASE program in April, I've lost over 8kg in 2.5 months, staying on track with my fitness goals.
